Two chimneys today were found to be completely blocked by birds nests, one of the chimneys was still being used regularly. If the smoke and fumes can’t exit the chimney deadly carbon monoxide gas can escape into the house.
Following the removal of the nest the inspection camera is used to ensure the chimney is clear and safe to use again.
Get your chimney swept at least once a year and fit a carbon monoxide detector!
